Ghentse Pickles, typically Belgian: slightly acid, lots of vegetables and a long aftertaste.
The pickles have been absent for a while in our range, but some years ago the old recipe was taken out of the closet and given back its rightful place. The result? An amazingly tastful pickles, slightly acid, with a lot of vegetables and a longlasting aftertaste. The color of our pickles is darker than what we are used to because they do not contain the harmful yellow colorant tartrazine. Very tastful with french fries and steak but also excellent to make a pickles-sauce!
Optimal storage at 2-18°C, keep refrigerated after opening. Protect against sun, light and frost. Due to the absence of E102 (tartrazine colorant), the pickles are sensible to light and might discolor a little. Protect from light!
